Levolor uses four different headrail colors designed to coordinate with over thirty different slat finishes. After the valance is installed, the headrail will be covered and no longer visible.
For our custom Faux and Real Wood blinds, we recommend that you contact customer service to see if a repair to restring is available. If so, Customer Service will provide the repair costs and generate a repair order number.
Additional wood slats are available for purchase. To order, contact your local Levolor blind retailer or Levolor customer service. Before you order, take a minute to measure your blind. You’ll need to know the width of the slat, as well as the route hole measurements, starting from the left of the blind working to the right.
Cordless blinds feature skew adjusters located on the underside of the headrail.
To level the blind:
Locate the lowest side of the bottom rail and raise it by turning the corresponding skew adjuster clockwise with a screwdriver while continuing to lift and support the bottom rail in a leveled position.
NOTE: Turn the skew adjuster that is on the same side as the low end of the bottom rail. Privacy route product will have skew adjusters on both the front and back of the head rail. Both must be adjusted to raise the bottom rail evenly.
Adjusting the Cordless Blind Height If the blind height is too long:
Lift the bottom rail and turn all skew adjusters clockwise to raise the entire bottom rail to the desired height.
NOTE: There is an adjustment range of approximately 1¼”.
