What information will Customer Service need if I call regarding my blind / shade?
Before calling, write down the order number. You’ll find this located on a sticker on the back of the headrail of your blind/shade. This number will either consist of two letters followed by six numbers (not a QL number) or a ten digit delivery number that begins with "81". We will also need the date of purchase, the size (width and length) and the color.
