Payment & Order Processing

You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®.

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and manufacturing processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment for the order.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.

Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Please confirm the estimated shipping lead time at the "Review Your Order" page for the most current availability information.

Shipping & Handling

We will begin manufacturing once LEVOLOR receives your order. The estimated number of business days it will take to make each of your products is indicated on the product detail page for each product. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days. Different types of window treatments are often made in different manufacturing facilities. For the fastest delivery, we ship each product to you as soon as it is ready. That way, you'll have your order as soon as possible. Most products are shipped via Federal Express. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.

In the rare event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, LEVOLOR will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, LEVOLOR will issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Generally, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Shipping and handling charges are FREE to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have a 20% surcharge.

Sales Tax

LEVOLOR collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. We collect sales tax in the following states listed below. Additionally, this table shows which states shipping fees are also taxable. Taxes are calculated in real-time at the point of checkout and in the "quick quote" feature when viewing your shopping cart or wishlist.
