  5. How can I get valance clips?

  6. Is it true that Faux Wood blinds don't warp?
    Faux Wood blinds are made of PVC, which should not warp under normal conditions including humidity. In intense heat, or if the proper support brackets are not used, these type of faux wood slats may develop warpage over time.
  7. My blind's ladders are not on the same side of the cording on all slats. Was it made correctly?
    Our faux wood blinds are made so that the ladders alternate to the left and right of the cord every couple of slats.
