  1. When choosing a striped fabric, can you choose what color headrail you get?
No, they are predetermined by Levolor.
  2. Is there glue inside of the rods on the back of the shade or is the fabric secured in the rods without glue?
The edges of the fabric panels have a glue bead on each side and then they are placed into the support rods.
  3. Can you get a decorative bottomrail on cordless shades?
    No, you cannot.
  4. Can you get a decorative headrail on cordless shades?
Yes, the decorative headrail actually must be ordered with a cordless or motorized shade only.
  5. Is our height for both hobbled and flat panels comparable to the competition?
  6. Are the rods on the sheer fabrics clear like they are for the striped patterns or are they white like all of the other solids and textures?
    They are white.
  7. On a 2-on-1 headrail with the striped collections, will the patterns be the same (from left to right) on both panels?
Yes, because the fabrics are cut for both shades at the same time.
  8. Do you charge the 2-on-1 surcharge for price goup C?
Yes, whenever there is a 2-on-1 shade, we charge the surcharge. Our competitors do the same thing.
  9. Describe the visibility of the roman shade mechanisms on the back of the shade versus our competitors.
Bali The back of the shade is sewn at intervals and a plastic stick is inserted in the pocket. Then two guides for the cords are attached to the fabric. The bottom is finished by folding the fabric and inserting a rod for weight. The...
  10. Why do the Roman Shade widths in price groups C1 and C2 have a 108" max versus the other price groups having a 144" max?
Serinda / Bodrum are upholstery fabrics and only come 54" wide. Maximum width for a single shade is 54" / 108" for two on one headrail. Both are exclusive fabrics for Levolor/Kirsch. They will have a light-filtering liner standard; room...
  11. Can you order a shade with just the striped fabric alone and no liner?
No, it would not be neutral to the street and you would see the reverse of the stripe pattern. Research told us that consumers prefer "something" to make it neutral because they don't want to see the color/pattern to the back.
  12. How many different colors are offered for the cordloop?
We launched the program with the same 9 used in cellular, but we are adding 4 more as we speak.
  13. Do we offer a cordless top down bottom two on one headrail option?
Yes, this is what allows us to have maximum width of 120" on this option. The maximum width on one headrail is 60".
  14. What is the clearance above the headrail for a fabric valance?
No clearance is needed above the headrail. Note: You do not need any additional shims to mount inside like you do on a soft vertical.
  15. Will the cords on the back of the shade match the color of the shade or will they match the liner and be neutral?
The white cordless ribbon will always be neutral. The corded product will have the cord to the back since the cords are all attached for operation. However, they are small in diameter and quite hard to see from the backside.
  16. Can the Wood Trends rings be removed if the customer doesn't want them?
    No, they cannot.
  17. Are Roman Shades treated with anything? Acrylic finish?
No, the acrylic finish is needed for pleat retention in cellular. These fabrics do not need to be treated. They are 100% polyester and have a fairly flat face/surface when assembled into a shade, which makes them easy to clean.
  18. What are the recommendations to care for the cellular shades?
Your shade illustrates another facet of quality with its easy care advantage. It will take little time to keep your shade clean and because it's durable, it will stay soft and beautiful for years to come. All you need is a brush-type vacuum attachment or...
