My valance does not have returns.

Valances only come with returns when ordered as an outside mounting valance.

When ordering your wood blind, if inside mount is selected, the valance that is selected normally doesn't come with returns.  If returns are wanted, it must be specified at the time the order is placed as an outside mount.

If you wanted returns and just received your product and no returns were included, you would have to purchase a replacement valance specificed as outside mount.  Please contact the custom blind retailer you purchased through or contact Levolor customer service.
