Why is my rod hanging down outside of the rail not allowing the support to move to center?

To correct the problem with the rod and support, please follow the steps below:

1. Check to make sure the magnet is still attached to the support and is free of debris.
2. Next, check the magnet plate on the first (lead) carrier and ensure that it is free of debris.
