My blind will not raise and it is stuck in the down position.

If your blind will not raise and is stuck in the down position, please try the following:

1. Check and make sure you are pulling at a 45 degree angle.
2. Try putting a small flat head screw driver in the hole that the pull cord comes out of and press down.  This should release the cord lock.

If the troubleshooting above does not solve your problem, please contact customer service for a return authorization number and repair costs or warranty coverage.
