Viewing & Changing Orders

Check Order Status
Checking your online order status is easy. Simply visit the order tracking page (you can even check in-store order status via this link!). Online order tracking will require you to log into your Levolor.com account.
If you choose to view your online order status, you'll see a complete summary of your order as well as estimated ship-dates (if your items haven't yet shipped). Statuses will be provided on an item-by-item basis, meaning some products may ship earlier than other products. Commonly used order status messages are:
- New - We've received your order and are processing it. If you need to cancel your order at this stage, please do so immediately by contacting our customer service department.
- Scheduled for Production - We've validated your order and have scheduled it for manufacturing. If you need to cancel your order at this stage, please do so immediately by contacting our customer service department.
- Partially Shipped - One or more, but not all of your items have shipped on this order. Your order status will indicate which items have shipped along with their tracking numbers. Items that have not yet shipped will have an estimated ship date next to them.
- Shipped - All items on this order have shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon shipment of any or all items on an order. You may also track your order via the order tracking page.

Cancel Items or Order
Because the products are built to your specifications, once the manufacturing process has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. If you wish to cancel your order , please contact our customer service department immediately. Upon cancellation you will receive an automated e-mail alert for your records which summarizes your cancellation.
After an order is placed via our website, we cannot allow changes to the products on the order. The only changes allowed are to the shipping address on the order.
Should you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service department to cancel your entire order. After cancelling, you may place a new order via our website with any necessary changes you'd like made.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification e-mail that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You may also view this information via the order tracking page (tracking online orders requires you to log into our website). If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments as well as separate shipping e-mail notifications.
