To enter, complete all information listed on the survey. Sweepstakes begin on September 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2009. Limit one online entry per person.
eligibility
Entrant must be 18 years or older and a legal citizen and current resident of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia). Sweepstakes is void outside of the United States, and where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of Newell Rubbermaid and their affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, customers and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion, and participating stores, and the immediate family members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.

One gift card valued at $250.00. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Levolor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Levolor reserves the right to modify or terminate sweepstakes if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.
winner selection
The prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about the 15th day of the January, 2010. One winner will be notified within ten days of selection. If the winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions are allowed except by Levolor due to unavailability of prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent that his/her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation or consent.

Entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be submitted to Levolor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Levolor, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Levolor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes.
