Official Rules for the "Windows in a Weekend" Sweepstakes

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A payment or purchase of any kind will not increase your chance of winning. Contest void where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility:

The Levolor "Designer Style" Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are age 18 or older and have provide active, accessible email address or provide a phone number during the time of the sweepstakes drawing. Employees of Newell Window Furnishings, Inc. (d/b/a Levolor) ("Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules").

2. To Enter:

Only one entry per person is permitted. To enter, visit any of the participating The Home Depot stores on July 12 and July 19 and complete the entry form. This sweepstakes is solely sponsored by Newell Window Furnishings. The Home Depot is not a sponsor and will therefore not be held to winner fulfillment.

3. Selection of Winner(s):

All entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the sweepstakes. A party not employed directly by Newell Window Furnishings will select one winner per advertised prize at random.

4. Notification of Winner:

The Winners of the "Designer Style" Sweepstakes will be notified by mail, email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Levolor will select a total of one winner on August 1, 2008. The winner must return an affidavit of eligibility/publicity/liability release within 14 days of notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted (within 30 days of original notification), is ineligible, fails to claim the prize and/or the affidavit of eligibility/ publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate. Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5. General Rules:

By participating and accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Any state, federal and local taxes payable on the prize and expenses not included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Winners. No cash, transfer or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole option of the Sponsors for a prize of equal or greater value. In the case of window covering winners (blinds/shades), only one order will be fulfilled per specified prize for each winner. In case of error in measuring, this is the sole responsibility of the winner, and therefore, Newell Window Furnishings will not be held accountable for such errors. No replacement of blinds/shades (in case of measurement error), measurement or installation services will be provided. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply. The Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

6. Sponsor:

The decisions of the Sponsor in all respects relative to the Sweepstakes are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for, without limitation, computer system, phone line, electrical, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmission or network connections that are human or technical in nature. The Sponsor reserve the right to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion.

7. Additional Conditions:

Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, the Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

8. Entrants:

Entrants must complete the entry form with name and contact information to be eligible for the drawing.

9. Official Rules or Winner's Name:

For a copy of the Official Rules or the Winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by November 9, 2007 to Levolor Window Furnishings, attn: Marketing Communications Manager, 4110 Premier Drive, High Point, NC 27265.

10. Disputes:

ALL DISPUTES RELATING TO ANY ASPECT OF THIS CONTEST SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, U.S.A. ENTRANTS IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO JURISDICITON OF AND VENUE IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS OF NORTH CAROLINA.
